Geller SX-680
Overview: SX-680 is a sophisticated yet simple to use model, loaded with useful features for today's retail environments. SX-680 is available with a choice of flat or raised button keyboard. SX-680 can operate either completely stand-alone or linked to other SX-680s by inter-register communication (IRC) for consolidated reporting (up to 8 models). Alternatively, SX-680 can link to back office PC for either simple sales reporting or full stock control. With up to 20,000 product lines and scanning, SX-680 gives independent retailers EPOS capability at ECR price. SX-680 allows automated entry of barcoded items and a simple procedure for entering product prices and descriptions. When items not on the system are scanned for the first time, SX-680 'learns' the barcode, requests entry of the price and stores the information for future recognition. SX-680 automatically generates shelf-edge labels when new products are entered or when prices/product descriptions are changed. There are also Price Check and Multi Buy/Mix and Match functions. Up to 99 suppliers by name can be held in memory and products falling below your minimum stock level automatically print on the Re-order Report. SX-680 includes SuperScan - a built-in, solid-state stock control scanning program that operates without the necessity for a PC. Reports produced by SuperScan include Best Sellers, Worst Sellers and Non Movers. SuperScan also provides product re-order lists by supplier and prints shelf-edge labels.
